  • Halloween Event

  1. Follow-up with Transportation (Possibly
    1. Note that Rebecca did follow up herself, no response yet
  2. Everything else has been taken care of
  3. Need to start advertising
  4. Two bus loops - one slightly earlier than the other (ex, 7:00 pm and 7:40 pm)
    1. GroupMe/Hopkins Groups info for those who get a ticket
    2. People can also go to the shuttle 3 blocks down
    3. Have buses meet at Top of Beach (where IKEA/Target trip pickup was)
  • Our duties: Check people in for the buses- the 2 people check-in with the Haunted House
  • Rotations in case problems arise, possibly a 1 hour rotation?
  • Three rotations:
    • Hopkins -> Nevermore: 7 pm, 8 pm, 9 pm, 10 pm
    • Nevermore -> Hopkins: 8:30 pm, 9:30 pm, 11 pm

1st Rotation: 6:30-8:00- Jazz 2nd Rotation: 8:00-9:30- Josh 3rd Rotation:

  • Spring Formal Ideas

  1. DC Campus (building suggested by Calvin)
    1. Hopefully no charge for the building, kind of variable
  2. Instagram/Other method of Poll for Freshman class to vote on the theme

  • Ways to raise money throughout the year

  1. Fundraiser: Discounted Hopkins merch
  2. Karaoke (Glass Pavilion?)
    1. Maybe not even to make money, just to raise awareness of SGA
