CSO GBM #1

Ability for CSO chair & vice chair to comment on and view incoming registrations via HopkinsGroups is forthcoming, talking to Charles to gain access
- Assignments will be delegated once this process is complete
Looking for a vice chair to be elected within the next two weeks, this would look like assisting the CSO chair with registration duties, including downloading guiding documents and uploading onto teams, helping with the delegation of assignments, and leading the meetings if the CSO chair is for some reason unable to attend
- Brief speeches next week (1-2 minutes)
Looking to use RSO senators to delegate information between SGA and student groups, especially in the spring semester
- Attend GBMs to promote RSO senatorial positions & partnerships
- Increase the amount of SGA x campus club collaborations
Make the re-registration process easier and more straightforward in coming years
- Workshop requirements are difficult
- Make it easier for prospective groups to start clubs and find an advisor
- Streamlined way of communication so students know where to be directed

Prepare speeches for next week’s GBM (09/17) if interested in becoming vice chair
