earlier today jazz got an email from some dude here is what it says
[....] paraphrase: i would like to advocate
jackson: poi speak slower please
shreemann: actually it's a point of personal privilege!!!!
paraphrase: limited the free exchange of ideas; not the same as others at others university 2006-2010 sga term wasn't free properly,
shreemann: just wanted to share that information
main changes by civic engagement committee; the assumption is that the person is speaking for themself; this was the converse originally, other things they added are boldings for emphasis
jazz: can you go to action items
shreemann: upon passage, jazz is supposed to [...]
demarri: point of information how to i sign;

next bill
peter: this is a funding bill to fund outreach opportunity; been discussed previously, want students to talk to admin about national call to action so the JHU response reflects SGA feelings; incentive having krispy kreme & insomnia, chocolate strawberries
honora: poi: to incentive university form or our form?
peter: primarily ours, but ideally both
honora: poi: i think it should be both surveys; i think it's wrong not to give also this information to the administration
jackson: as said in the survey, the current plan is to collect information; students will indicate how comfortable they are to discuss; it doesn't currently say at the university who looks at the responses; could the admin look at who says what? [....]
jazz: [...]
jason: how are you going to get them on the same day
kevin: we're spacing it out; for example next wednesday we might for example coordinate on which day what time; right before the meeting, we will go and get 16-pack of insomnia cookies for that org; if another org has a meeting on like saturday; we will pick up the other 16 cookies and go to their event
jason: would we be able to get a timeline of like organizations… [...] is this like the entire committee of the RSO?
kevin: the plan is to have 2 Senators or representatives from sga at least 2 (perhaps 3), 1 might be a little awkward; to go to each organization; will not be an exclusively senate, i..e exec or hop can be included in this; the current ideas for orgs exists; we will publish on team/share at future GBM; this is to get the initiative started
jazz: for more questions, please motion for moderation caucus
jackson: last question, poi: unfortunately due on oct 9 (the responses) if we had more time; this is the best we could come up with in the short amount of time
jackson: motion to amend to remove []
