  1. What are the necessary steps to expand the Blue Jay Shuttle radius to locations such as Camden Yards and Fells Point?
    1. Even if this cannot happen on all days, could there be a Friday and Saturday night shuttle service to these locations?
  2. Can we expand the night ride shuttle hours to be earlier hours on the weekend?
  3. Can we develop a student transport to BWI, especially during peak travel season (Thanksgiving, Winter Break, Spring Break)?
  4. Can we get expanded hours for Hampden circulator (during the day for weekends)?
  5. Can we get more parking options for students or parking meter credits?
  6. The JHMI resets at the IFC for several minutes, meaning there can be an estimate of 1 min. away on TransLoc but that is false. Can we get more accuracy in relation to this?
  7. How long would it take for the new (electric) fleet of JHMI buses to roll out?
  8. Can we extend the operation time of the Bayview shuttle? Would it be possible to extend the hours of the Bayview shuttle to allow for it to run and leave from the Student Center from 9:30am-2:30pm ? It currently only runs from 8am-9:30am and 2:30pm-5:30pm and students typically need to go to lab/volunteering in the early afternoon
  9. How can we help your office better promote services within the city of Baltimore (Marc to the airport, lightrail) to students?
  10. If the Blue Jay Shuttle does NOT arrive within 15 minutes of you booking a shuttle (if it is on the way, but the expected/anticipated arrival is > 15 minutes) can there be a system to get an Uber or Lyft?
