- CSE is now part of the judiciary!
- Meetings once at the start of election cycles
- From Ryan: do you need us to send out the CSE application to the entire student body via email?
- How have previous elections been run? What has been the CSE’s role?
- From Ryan: let’s make sure we have an email/press release with election info out around a month before the cycle starts!
- LEED primarily runs voting, and CSE organizes meetings and debates
- Survey SGA to see how the election process can be improved
- Communications - info on the election process/rules and responses to emails during election process
- Separate CSE constitution (operating proc) and election procedures
- CSE to take back voting process (ballot creation and review)?
- Transparency (or explanation for lack of) on specific percentages in results
- Meet with Calvin to discuss this
- Let Calvin run this process, and take charge of ballots going forward
- Start communications early
- From Ryan: get a plan together to advertise the elections too (LEED did voting booths, lawn signs, stickers, etc) - get budget from Senate or LEED, but take the lead on this rather than letting LEED do it.
- After intercession meet with CSE to revise constitution and meet with Calvin as well
- Are elections primarily run by LEED or CSE?
- Discuss filling the remaining CSE spots
- Discuss if financial and secretary positions have been filled
