Use of funds
$987 spent by the 2027 Programming Council (for transportation)
- $2400 spent by SGA (for tickets)
Takeaways
What did you learn?
Event was popular, but since it was entirely free, people did waste their tickets when they signed up and didn’t show, so we solved the problem by posting that any Hopkins students could show up and gain free entry through the extra tickets, which caused many people to come.
- How many people came?
- 120
- Add other numbers from campusgroups/instagram.
- A lot of DMs and interest.
Future planning
What will you do now?
We will be sure to charge a small fee for future events of this scale and cost to make sure people show up off the bat.
Notes
Anything else? It was a success, people really enjoyed it!
Share images, and graphics of how many people attended vs checked in, etc.
