Structure: Committee Structure

Membership
- Director
- One Assistant Directors of Policy Research and Development Commission

Member Expectations
- Director of PRDC
  - Provide leadership and oversight of general commission activities
  - Plan meeting agendas and overall commission timelines
  - Convene and direct meetings
  - Delegate tasks

  - Help in the tasks for director
  - Provide closer support and supervision for specific committees/projects

  - Taking meeting notes/minutes
  - Helping with organization and logistics of commission

  - Brainstorm research topics of interest/as needed by SGA and student organizations

Summary

This document sets the structure, roles, and operating practices for the Policy Research and Development Commission (PRDC).
