- Srigouri discusses that adding new rules is not fixing the root of the problem of miscommunication
- Srigouri and Jazzlyn mention that cohort time can allow chairs to communicate
- Srigouri wants to become more involved in committees to help out
- Jazzlyn mentions that the initiative tracker can be helpful but a form can be an extra step that can dissuade people
- Vote of 0-3, the IA recommends against the passing of the Board of Directors Amendment

- Jaden started the meeting by saying there is nothing on the agenda and asks for questions.
- Srigouri asks in her role as President of the Senate if she has to recognize all motions.
- Jaden answers that she does have to and that he tries to keep track of all motions made.
- Srigouri asks what to do if multiple people make motions.
- Jaden responds that she recognizes them in the order the people said them in, but also mentions there’s a hierarchy to motions which he also keeps track of.

- Jaden mentioned he is changing the bill based on procedural and grammatical grounds.
- Srigouri started adding her own section based on committee town hall hours.
- Shreeman discussed adding a virtual option for the town hall hours.
- The bill is passed with the recommended edits by a voice vote.

- Jaden suggested looking through the Bylaws and changing them to make them more efficient
- Jaden suggested editing the Bylaws and then passing a new Bylaw with the changes.
- Shreeman suggested striking unnecessary or ineffective clauses from the Bylaws.
- Topic of discussion moved to the passage of Action Items Amendment 2026.
- Small grammatical edits were made to the bill.
- The bill passes by unanimous consent with a positive recommendation.
