In light of the ongoing conflict in the Israel-Palestine region, we encourage a moment of silence to honor the memory of all those who have tragically lost their lives. We recognize all acts of violence on both sides. Furthermore, it is crucial to recognize the importance of mental health during times of crisis. The emotional toll that prolonged conflict can take on individuals and communities is undeniable. In an effort to support those in need, we urge individuals to explore the mental health resources available such as the counseling center and APTT, to help those impacted by the ongoing situation. Seeking support from mental health organizations can be crucial in fostering emotional well-being during these challenging times.

It is our hope that by acknowledging the profound loss of life, recognizing violence, and promoting mental health resources, we can contribute to a more compassionate and constructive dialogue.
