Meeting with Jacki, et al.
Hammocks for Senior Beach Day
- Most are around 30 pounds, most are in bags
- Need to transport from the rec to the quad (freshman)
- Half are in the office, the other half are in the Outdoor Pursuits group
- Need to be transported and set up
- Estimate an hour for set up, 45 minutes for takedown
- 30 minutes for transport each way
- Outdoor Pursuits has a vehicle - may be willing to assist
- Move them from the rec center to load the van, etc, then move between the AMRs
- Favorite ways to use hammocks
- Laminated note card with twine on them, put some notes on there
- Tell people about events through the hammocks
Future plans:
- Send specific dates and times,
- Hope to have them set up by this time
- Send them to Jacki and go from there
- Can add whatever education materials
