Summary

A task list for preparing, running, and cleaning up after the Sophomore Formal.
Before Saturday, the team will spray the Blue Jay Statue at 9pm on Tuesday, with Tim bringing spray paint, and Tim will buy two large plushies. 1- Tuesday: Spray Blue Jay Statue at 9pm 2- Tim: Buy plushies (2 of the big ones)
On Saturday, the team will set up the photo wall and check-in booth, collect the cart at 4pm, and begin preparation at 6pm at Levering Cafe with flowers, string lights, candle items, and supplies from the closet. 3- Set up photowall - Set up the checkin booth - Cart: 4pm - Start prepping at 6pm 4- Meet at Levering Cafe - All flowers - Stringlights - Candle things - Bring whatever we can from closet
At the event, Jacque and Hannah will check people in, and each attendee will receive a raffle ticket. 5- Jacque and Hannah will handle it - Everyone gets a raffle ticket
Around 10pm, the team will hold the raffle using a bowl and pens; Tim will bring in the megaphone. 6- Around 10pm \- do the raffle 7- Grab bowl of raffle tickets and basically draw
After the event, the team will clean up and return the cart and decorations to the LaB. 8- Cleanup everything we did and bring cart \+ decor to the LaB
