Executive Meeting #2

  2. Reflection on the First GBM
  3. The executive board discussed that the cohort time was successful and will continue throughout the semester.

4. Executive Board Objectives for the Year

  1. Vishnu mentioned that this year’s senators are interested in raising student involvement with school and raising school spirit.
  2. Tyler, the Programming chair, welcomed the executive board to share ideas with programming.
  3. Srigouri suggested to have a set time for senators

5. Judge

  1. Vishnu announced that he is working with Luc to appoint another judge.

6. Social Media Candidates Update

  1. Vishnu and Omotara are meeting with two candidates for the appointed social media chair this week.

Questions:

  • What do the streamlines do? Like will replacing them affect other parts of student life outside of just construction?
  • Will walking up the Beach into the freshman quad be blocked off with steamline one construction?
  • Wil the pathways always be blocked, can vehicles still drive up in the parking lot area the location between AMRI and AMRII is a hot spot for food deliveries, blue jay shuttle, etc (Nov-Feb)?

  1. Discussing with the administrative team on how SGA would like to share the information with the student body (Social Media)
  2. Recording a video walking around the site to introduce new pathways and making students aware of the way finding app.
  3. All due before the first day of class.
