Email draft Hello,

I am writing on behalf of the Johns Hopkins University 2021 SGA Senior Class Council. We were given the go-ahead by our advisors to plan an outdoor, socially distanced photoshoot for graduating seniors around the time of commencement, and we would like to hire you as our photographer! We would have a limited number of groups of seniors (2-3) sign up for time slots and have a designated location on campus with a few props. Senior Class Council would use our budget to cover the costs. This could happen over the span of a day or separated into different days.

We were wondering if you were free for 2 days between May 15-May 26 for 4-5 hours each day? Or, let us know what you think would be feasible and provide an estimated quote for your time.

You can call me at 6623123389 or email me at nzhang37@jhu.edu

Thanks, CiCi

Questions for meeting discussion: 4 days, 2 days split between 2 photographers (Will Kirk and Nadine Photography if they agree) 4 hours each day with 3 students every 15 minute time slot = 192 students total Is this okay? Too few students?

Portrait and one group, drive is fine as long as folders

Nadine’s response: yes, would like to do.

  • Will these be group photos of 2-3 people together or headshots/portraits, or both?
  • For your final product, I can send the high resolution digital files through Google Drive - does that work well?
  • Editing can include optimization of color, cropping, and lighting. Do you expect further editing requests?
  • Do you prefer a natural background of the campus or a more formal studio backdrop? I prefer natural - the campus is lovely!
  • About how many students do you anticipate will sign up? A general approximation is fine!
