- Discuss Rules of the Judiciary

- Finish editing the Rules of the Judiciary
- Picking a new Chief Justice:
- Part 1, Section 3 of Rules of the Judiciary:
- “Per the aforementioned provisions in the Constitution in Part I, Section 1 of these Rules, the Judiciary shall select its own Chief Justice from amongst the duly appointed Justices. This selection shall be in the form of an election, with each Justice casting a vote for a duly appointed Justice by secret ballot. The Justice with the most votes shall serve as Chief Justice. Should a Justice fail to receive a plurality of votes for Chief Justice, the Justices shall deliberate and continue to cast ballots until a plurality is achieved.”
- Discuss CSE and whether all the seats are filled
- Brainstorm some new initiatives for Judiciary
- Produce action items for Sean and Ryan for a meeting next week

11/12 Attendance

- Judiciary to review constitutions for each club at the start of each semester
- Each club must utilize/send out a presentation sent to them at their first GBM just giving a brief outline to club members of disputes that they can appeal to the judiciary
- Have CSE meet with clubs to discuss elections and transitions of power?
- Run meeting with CSE
- CSE to create 2 separate documents
- Need to complete CSE process for new members
- Make amendments in bylaws/constitution?
- Have clubs appeal to judiciary with any issues regarding committee on finance?

- Discuss if financial and secretary positions have been filled
- Meeting tomorrow at 6 pm with CSO
- Discuss these ideas:
- Judiciary to review constitutions for each club at the start of each semester
