- Tracks who has proposed initiatives to keep people accountable and active

- Peter: no impeachment trial and replace with meeting with Advisor at 3 absences
- Kai: do absences need to be supplemented with a reason (Yes)
- Jackson: agree with Peter, is there any clause to recognize circumstances outside of the listed in the Rules Bill
- Damari: where to find the document (in agenda)
- Mahima: for notification at half of absences is it provided at 1 or 2 (2)
- Sienna: is leaving early an absence or something else (clarification needed)

- Requests under certain monetary cap can just skip first reading
- Two changes made in IA:
- up to $250 in funding over the summer for promotional materials (ie. for SIF)
- Limited funding cap moved from $500 to $1000
- Jason: $1000 is a lot of money
- Jazz: passed with recommendation from IA and finance committee
- Demari: we trust finance experts
- Andrei: what proportion of funding requests are under $1000, peter: that is why it changed from $500
