Senior Week Planning

Senior Week 2024

  • Wed 5/15 : Field Day
    • 11 am - 2pm
    • Practice Field
  • Water balloon fights, dodgeball tourney, spikeball tourney, and food trucks (Ekiben, Arepi & Tamaka’s)
  • Contacted Ekiben and Arepi, could not find a Tamaka’s but maybe I wrote the name down wrong—the ice cream truck that comes to all the events by the beach
  • Estimated cost of inflatables / mechanical bull?
  • Estimated cost of dodgeball/kickball?
  • Estimated cost of spikeball tournament?
  • Thurs 5/16 : MSE ya later party $16k \

  • Meeting with Programming Council before our next meeting, will have them pick out bars to reach out to – would like to have locations and drink deals solidified before spring break

  • Meeting with Chloe later this week to discuss logistics
  • Waiting to hear back on estimated transportation costs but want to discuss logistics for it
  • How many people are we expecting to transport?
  • Do we want more time stops with less buses or more buses with less time stops?
  • Tues 5/21 : Senior Brunch!!!!
    • 10 am - 2 pm
  • IHOP catering and set up tables on the Rec Center courts?
  • $260 for 40 people of food (80 pancakes, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes and choice of meat) --> <$4k for 500 people (not sure what the rec center capacity is)
  • Costco catering
  • Give out tickets to people as they check in to make sure there is enough food for everyone (no seconds allowed until an hr into the event or smth like that)
  • Give out superlatives – will send out a Microsoft form/survey to collect information for this via email as well as link it to the registration link on Hopkins Groups
