- Sustainability Plan: The Sustainability Plan draft was launched in fall 2023, when is the final draft expected to be implemented and what type of commitments can Hopkins make to ensure steady and consistent implementation of programs addressing those issues? How will you support the different departments and people who are working towards these goals?
- Divestment: While the Sustainability Plan is a great step in the right direction towards a carbon neutral future, steps to completely remove the university from fossil fuel dependence is essential. As such, are there any plans to divest from fossil fuels? As two of the guiding principles for the sustainability plan are “Urgency for Climate Action” and “Accountability and Impact,” divestment is a clear pathway to show commitment to these values.
