Executive Meeting #8

October 14th, 2025 / 10:00 AM / BSC Blue Room

1. Attendance

2. Bring up bill funding
3. Imad spoke about their difficulty getting bill funding on time. Tyler was directly contacting the LEED office last year, but this year Amy and Imad are submitting documents which takes a longer time.
4. Charles advised him to directly reach out to the LEED office.
5. Hahrie Han email approval
6. Srigouri asked if the email was approved and ready to send.
7. Charles said the email is looking good but we should wait for Dr. Brown to look over the email.
8. Applying for the Blue Jay Innovation Fund
9. Tyler spoke about the purpose of the Blue Jay Innovation Fund. He will be collaborating with DBH to do a small play about students’ experience at Hopkins.

5. Administrative GBM Feedback

1. Jessica noted the meeting overall went well. But we should ask prepared questions and questions on-spot 50/ 50.

6. Appointing Opening Spots

1. The executive will be sending out application emails to the student body.

7. LEED office student guideline

1. Dr. Brittney will be joining the executive meeting #9 next week to talk about the process of change in the LEED office student new registration timeline.
2. She will be sending Charles the finalized funding details today.
3. Imad reported they have reviewed 85-90 budgets and they have about 25 budgets left to review.
