Executive Meeting #17

February 10th, 2026 / 11:00 AM / BSC 402

2. ICE Stuff - Vishnu

  1. GBM update
  2. Admin is working with OIS and Public Safety
  3. The Senate had a better understanding of GBM. Senator Honora and Sophia had great ideas on what constitutes private space and what is not (Sophia), private information (Paul), training with public safety (Sophia), etc.
  4. Charles addressed that Hopkins is private space but once the door is opened it is no longer considered as private.
  5. Vishnu mentioned that given that condition we want to come up with a way we can make students feel safer. He also said that we can collaborate with some senators who have done research on this matter to help the school come up with a way to make students feel safe.
  6. Charles suggested meeting with some senators to discuss.
