Be it enacted by the Senate of the Student Government Association at Johns Hopkins University assembled that:

1. TITLE This Act may be referred to as the “SGA Bylaws Omnibus Update 2026”
2. FINDINGS AND PURPOSES
   1. FINDINGS
      1. The Bylaws need to be updated as soon as possible before the next election so that we have an up to date Bylaws.
      2. Necessitates a ⅔ vote from the senate.
   2. PURPOSES
      1. To amend the Constitution and Bylaws of the Student Government Association at Johns Hopkins University to fit the current structure and practices of the SGA.
3. AMENDMENTS

4. Action Items

These changes to the Bylaws shall take effect after the election period.

The Bill hereby PASSES by a vote of __ to __ with __ abstentions.
