TABLING SUPPLIES FUNDING BILL

SECTION 1. TITLE. This Act may be referred to as (the) “Survey Tabling Bill”

SECTION 2. DEFINITIONS.

1. SGA — The term “SGA” shall refer to the Student Government Association of The Johns Hopkins University.
2. JHU, Hopkins - The terms “JHU” and “Hopkins” shall refer to the Johns Hopkins University.
3. Define any other terms as necessary.

SECTION 3. FINDINGS AND PURPOSES.

1. ALL bills must include something in this section. Findings: evidence/survey results/current status of something.

SECTION 4. FUNDING OF ITEMS

1. The total amount funded by SGA would be $997.99

SECTION 5. SEVERABILITY. Should any provision of this Act, an amendment made by this Act, or the application of such provision or amendment to any person or circumstance be held to be unconstitutional or, the remainder of this Act, the amendments made by this Act, and the application of such provision or amendment to any person or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.

SECTION 6. ACTION ITEMS.
