- Charles advised us to send the script written by DoC Jo to Dr. Brown and Ms. Christin on the same chain.
- Special Election
- Vishnu reported we closed the application on November 7th and 32 responses were recorded.
- Srigouri explained the process of voting among the senate. The process will be done. We will be showing the two questions.
- Hahrie Han Questions
- Charles advised Srigouri to ask the specific question as Ms. Han would be willing to answer.
- Lighting of the Quad
- Tyler reported the funding bill for lighting of the quad. He also talked about SGA apparel.
- Imad responded that the creation of apparel for a student organization is against the funding guidelines. He noted this was rejected last year.
- Tyler talked about a conversation with Dr. Brown about potentially getting SGA apparel.
- Wellness pass
- Srigouri asked if the wellness pass was talked about during the deans meeting.
- Charles reported they didn’t get to talk about the topic due to a long agenda.
- HopMUN funding request
- Charles asked if the HopMUN funding request was considered.
- Imad reported all the organizations are asking for more funds and he indicated that if we allocate this much funds to one organization, other small organizations will not be able to receive basic functional money to remain.
- GBM tonight
- Jessica and Charles will be checking in attendees at tonight’s meeting.
