    2. Meetings to help prepare for the semester and rest of the year

    3. Alumni want to talk about fundraising and philanthropy
    4. What are our ideas
      1. Grace: weekly newsletter to communicate what’s happening on campus; maybe involve the Newsletter (Nora), involve committee for student committees (Jazz)
      2. Jazz: Dropping off trash liners through residential hallways, also feminine hygiene products (Nora)
      3. Grace: Permission for students to get into Scotts-Bates Commons through the main entrance
      4. Sumi: SGA doing tabling event during O-Week (democracy day? - Charles)
      5. Sumi: check in on stuff in SGA closet, we need to keep it clean… (Charles)
      6. Jason/Nora: Empower hour at the rec
      7. Sienna: SGA instagram to promote weekly events

      1. Charles: Leadership gathering will be in BSC then Bloomberg in DC
      2. Charles: New student org process, opens on september 8th, oct 9 close, dec 20 finish
        1. Now includes sustainability plan, now harder for seniors to start
        2. Recruitment strategy description needed
        3. Leadership transition plan needed
        4. Anti-hazing piece
      3. Jazz: SGA website is fully updated
      4. Sumi: weekly email updates?
      5. Jazz: Getting academic deans to a SGA GBM
      6. Chales: still trying to set up meeting with public safety and OIS
      7. Charles: etiquette with administration important or admin will not be willing to meet
      8. Meeting next week with (Development of Alumni relations) on Wednesday for student philanthropy and fundraising education
