Updates from Charles–Charles
1. Charles will meet Luc either today or tomorrow. He is guessing that there will be a hearing. We will wait for Charles to talk to Luc.
2. Stone was informed that Storytelling and One World Cafe will be combined. This will be open to everyone, but SGA will have their special Storytelling Event. Charles will coordinate this event.
3. Stone sent an email to Charles this morning for him to check before it is sent to Transportation. If we could have a meeting with Transportation to hear what they are working on, it would be much appreciated as senators want to communicate their thoughts.
4. Tomorrow, instead of Brittani Brown, we will have Rachelle Hernandez.
Finance Update & Discussion–Brandon
1. Brandon said that everything is going well in Finance. They are working on Event Grants. There are proposed changes to event grants, which they will present before this semester ends.
Upcoming Events Summary–Tim
1. There aren’t any upcoming events. The mixer is being organized and registration has been sent out.
2. Stone asked how the Sophomore Formal was. Tim said that around 130 people participated.

These are the March 3, 2025 minutes of an SGA Executive Board advisor meeting.
