- Jessica told Surigouri that Charles will be getting a response regarding emails by tomorrow.
- SGA GBM will be reallocated to the Student Center in the spring semester.
- Leadership Gathering
- Jessica went over a brief schedule of the leadership gathering.
- Surigouri suggested that some information about admission contacts and their roles should be provided during the session.
4. 1st GBM Planning
- Srigouri suggested rerunning the SGA introduction presentation
- Adding new members to iClicker
- Committee chairs should discuss their vision and meet before the first GBM
- Cohort time usage: for people to meet with their elected team during the first GBM; ice breaker questions
- Vishnu suggested we can do 5 minutes for councils and committees
- Tara talked about moving around the seating for people to interact with different groups
- Bringing back name cards
- Seating will be free for the first GBM
- Using iClicker as an ice breaker question and as an attendance poll
- Additional large group bonding activity will be discussed along the way
- GBM etiquette presentation

- What do the streamlines do? Like will replacing them affect other parts of student life outside of just construction?
- Will walking up the Beach into the freshman quad be blocked off with steamline one construction?
- Wil the pathways always be blocked, can vehicles still drive up in the parking lot area the location between AMRI and AMRII is a hot spot for food deliveries, blue jay shuttle, etc (Nov-Feb)?

- Recording a video walking around the site to introduce new pathways and making students aware of the way finding app.
