# *Be it enacted by the Senate of the Student Government Association at Johns Hopkins University assembled that:*
1. **TITLE**
- This Act may be referred to as the “Chair of Programming Constitution Update”

- 1. Updating language to remove Chair of Program responsibilities directly related to Class Councils.

2. Necessitates a ¾ vote from the senate.

- 1. To amend the Constitution of the Student Government Association at Johns Hopkins University to fit the current structure and practices of the SGA.
