SGA Exec Meeting 9/10/23 at 11am

For Inter-School Outreach goal, PRDC research things that other schools’ SGAs are doing well - Student Government Association Contact Sheet (2023)JHU SGA Outreach Plan ‘23-24
- Other institutions’ operations - constitutionally
- Also look at initiatives and resolutions
- Final form: report or presentation - could be presented at GBM

Basically just keep doing plan - feedback report and assign PRDC roles
- Pair feedback report with Shalala’s Brief Event Report
Potentially send email to entire student body for ways to get involved, including PRDC membership

PRDC report on 5/3/23 tabling feedback (not called an event report, what report?)
Keep staying updated with PRDC interest form submissions, finalize group and schedule meeting at end of/after finals
- Discuss:
  - History of PRDC
  - Potential structure
    - Recommendations? Role preferences? Areas of expertise?
  - Potential project topics
    - Own personal interest in topics
    - Past topics (JHPD)
    - Serve SGA member interests and student org requests
    - Role as included in 11 for 111

  - Serve as advocate for undergraduate student body
  - Get a better sense of how students are feeling and synthesize into reports/actionable items
- Bmore and Beyond Point 11
  - Use PRDC to keep SGA informed on issues, both institutional to international
  - Use information as institutional power to advocate for issues
