SECTION 1. TITLE. This Act may be referred to as the “SGA Graduation Stole Funding Bill”

SECTION 2. DEFINITIONS.

1. SGA — The term “SGA” shall refer to the Student Government Association of The Johns Hopkins University.
2. JHU, Hopkins - The terms “JHU” and “Hopkins” shall refer to the Johns Hopkins University.

SECTION 3. FINDINGS AND PURPOSES.

1. FINDINGS & PURPOSES
   1. SGA recognizes the time and efforts dedicated from its graduating senators, presidents, and executive board members, many of whom have contributed multiple years to the organization. As a symbol of gratitude, SGA will provide graduation cords and stoles to all graduating members.
      1. Solid Navy cords represent 1 year on SGA
      2. Mixed Navy/White cords represent 2 years on SGA
      3. Stoles will be designed and use the SGA logo
   2. We have 14 navy/white/light blue cords
   3. Graduating and early graduating Members:
      1. [18] Executive President Chou, Executive Treasurer Chen, Chair of Programming Leny, President Huang, Senator Cruz Moreno, Senator Huang, Senator Ni, Senator Doctorman, Senator Navarro, Senator Leger, Senator Shaik, Senator Sadlowski, Senior Programming President Bronder, Senior Programming VP Godinez, Senior Programming Treasurer Diaz Osorio, Senior Programming Secretary Harar, and Senior Programming Chair Oblio, CSE Chair Nubaira Milki

SECTION 4. FUNDING OF ITEMS

1. The total amount would be $569.10 for all graduating members

SECTION 5 . SEVERABILITY. Should any provision of this Act, an amendment made by this Act, or the application of such provision or amendment to any person or circumstance be held to be unconstitutional or , the remainder of this Act, the amendments made by this Act, and the application of such provision or amendment to any person or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.

The Bill hereby Passes by a vote of X to 0 with 0 abstentions.

Upon passage, we have hereunto set our hands and caused the seal of the Senate to be affixed to this bill indicating the Senate’s assent and thus officially designated the bill’s adoption as law.
