We also have the Calm app that has meditations lasting 20-30 minutes that could be paired with an activity to deliver some information!

They can do 3 sessions, one on 12/4, 12/6, and 12/8 from 1-1:30 where up to about 40 students in each session can come and relax for 30 minutes (the ideal nap time) and learn strategies for rest, relaxation, and sleep. They thought in advance of exams this would be the opportune time.
